If there’s one barbell movement that gives you the biggest bang for your buck, it’s the deadlift. So during May and early June we’re doing just that! The deadlift is considered a lower body movement, but it helps strengthen the back and your grip. It’s really a total body movement, and the stronger it get’s the better you will be.
We aren’t just going to work on strength though, along with the Deadlift we are also practicing our Olympic Lifts for improved speed and coordination.
There’s also heaps of conditioning to keep your engines hot! These workouts will range from 8 mins to 30 mins, absolute high intensity to longer slower pieces.
We’re pumped up for this training cycle, not only is it going to get you really fit, but it’s a fun one too!
