We’re not your typical gym. Unlike other gyms, we don’t expect you to come in on your first day and know how to do all the movements, or use all the equipment; in fact, our members love us because we’re different. CrossFit Border prides itself on having an experienced coach available every lesson to help you. Our smaller class sizes ensure that you’re not only able to form real relationships with our coaches but with our other members. Our varied membership prices ensure we are able to accommodate your specific needs as well as ensuring that we are able to provide you with the most professional service possible. We don’t expect you to sign up right now (if we’ve already blown you away, you’re welcome to), but that’s why we have our free intro class. CrossFit Classes run for 60 minutes and are led by a professional strength and conditioning coach. Every session starts with a warm up to get your body and mind prepared to train. You will then work on skills such as bodyweight exercises or strength work. We follow this up with a short (10-20 minute) conditioning workout. Each session concludes with a cool down.
Our coaches are committed to providing the best in training and service to all our members. Each coach is continually learning and applying the latest in strength and conditioning research to their classes. Members have access to the coaches whenever they are at the gym so they can have all their fitness questions answered.
We are committed to providing a holistic approach to fitness. Our workshops cover nutrition, training and mindset that you can apply to your training and life outside the gym.

We use the trusted Ezidebit for direct debit membership payments. Members get the choice of fortnightly or monthly deductions and membership is paid in advance.
At CrossFit BORDER all memberships are paid via direct debit.
Membership holds and Termination Policy
We allow membership to be placed on hold three times per year for a minimum duration of two weeks and can not be for longer that 3 months. If a break longer than 3 months is required the membership will be terminated and on return membership will be at the current rate.
